Festival Period Charges

On the festive season, there will be an increase in the price rates of our services. On 25th and 26th Decembers (From 00:01 hours on 25th December to 23:59 hours on 26th December), our price will be 50% higher than the usual rates. The major reason behind it is the availability of the limited number of drivers.

Price rates of our service

We set a customized price rate for every passenger, who has requested us to book our cab. Our pricing is based on the chosen vehicle. Our chauffeurs drive the car through the route that is most economical to our customers. However, when our customers have asked us to follow a different route, they have to pay an additional amount for fuel and toll.

Choice of vehicles

The passengers or our customers have the responsibility to make sure that they have reserved the right sized vehicle for accommodating themselves and their luggage. At our website, we have shown you the details of capacities of all our cars.

When the booked car has a very small capacity to hold all the passengers, our chauffeurs have a right of refusing the service. They are always determined to follow the rules on Health and Safety.

Additional luggage and passengers

You may add more luggage and passenger after taking our permission. However, the total number of passengers must not go beyond the capacity of the vehicle.

Rules on payment

We accept various payment modes for the customers. You can pay in cash (in sterling pounds) when our chauffeur reaches your destination for the transfer service. You may also pay for our transfer service using the Debit or Credit card.

The price quoted at the time of booking our car is the amount to be paid by you. We will never charge an amount that is higher than it is.

Booking by phone

We pay high attention to all the telephone bookings. We make sure that everything is accurate. We also record the calls for verification. We have no liability for the wrong information, sent to us by passengers.

Confirmation for Booking

You will get confirmation message to your email in case of online booking.

Waiting time charges

Starting from the flight landing time or the specified pickup time, we can wait for you for 60 minutes without charging an additional amount. After that, we will charge 20 pence on every minute. Our team checks the status of your flight while entering the airport. We do not charge an additional amount for the delay of your flight.

If have made some plans for shopping, meeting someone or any other refreshment in the airport terminal, the passengers have the responsibility of choosing the pickup time while booking our transfer service.

On all cruise and sea port pickups, we have also maximum 1 hour of free waiting time. After that, we will charge 20 pence on every minute.

For the pickups from hotel, home offices or other sites venues, we have 10 minutes-free waiting time from your pre-mentioned time. Then, we will add 20 pence on every minute.

Additional pick-ups and drop-offs

For Additional pick-ups and drop-offs service, we will charge you an amount for every mile. For every division, our minimum charge is 5.00GBP.

Cancellation and amendments for booking a car

For any reason, you may ask us to amend the confirmed car booking service. However, in that case, you have to speak to our team by phone or through email. For cancellation also, you must follow this procedure. You have to know the charge for cancellation of service. You must send a notice at least 12 hours before the car transfer time. Our customer representatives will help you.

Cancellation of coach reservation

You have to send a cancellation notice before 14 days. We charge twenty-five percent for this cancellation. You will get back the remaining amount.

Missed flight

When you cannot reach the destination for missing the flight, you have to inform to Taxi4airport. Our team will send the notification to the driver to prevent him from entering the airport for your pickup. However, if you have opted for our pre-paid service, we will refund you that amount to your bank account after subtracting 6.00GBP as the bank charges.

While you have thought of arriving at the destination with a different flight, our team will offer you the service without any additional charge. Make sure that you have notified it to Taxi4airport. Else you will have to pay the entire amount and no refund will be made if the amount is already paid.

No Show

It indicates a situation when you have booked our car and cannot reach the pickup destination on time. It means that you cannot reach your private address, hotel, home, seaport and airport. Incorrect booking date and time causes this issue.

Our chauffeur will wait for you for 90 minutes in the arrival hall. When you cannot reach there within that time, and if you don’t contact us to inform it to us through phone, SMS or email or don’t inform your status at the seaport or airport, then we will consider it as the No Show.

If you have made all reservations over phone with a thought of paying the driver in cash or through our online site via your debit or credit card, for the No Show case, we will charge you full fare.

In case of this No-Show event, we will not refund to those, who have pre-paid online using their credit or debit cards.

Routes

Our chauffeur will choose a route to reach your site by focusing on various factors, like diversions, road closures, time and traffic.

We quote the price for the most affordable route. While you have chosen a different route, you have to pay an additional amount for waiting, toll and fuel.

Our liabilities

  • Car breakdown, adverse weather, accidents and traffic condition can cause to the delay of our arrival to our destination at any time. However, our service is never responsible for the missed flights and financial loss, caused for this delay. While we have faced any of these issues, our team will send you instant information. Then, you may make your decision on choosing another car or waiting for our vehicle.
  • We have no liability for the wrong reservation information, sent to us. We have also no responsibility when you have not received booking confirmation for your online reservation. You cannot be confirmed of your booking until we have sent you the confirmation message. This is applicable for the online reservation.

Refunds

We refund the passengers in different conditions -

When the passengers have made pre-paid booking, they must notify the cancellation 12 hours before the pickup time. While they have missed their flight, they should inform Taxi4airport by SMS, email or phone. They will get cancellation number from Taxi4airport.

For all the refunds, there is a minimum charge of 6.00GBP (bank charges).

If we are refunding to an international bank account, we will deduct all the bank changes from the actual refund amount and the remaining balance will be refunded.

No refund

We will not pay back your fund when

  • We get the cancellations notice less than 12 hours.
  • You have sent wrong information on the flights and date
  • You have left the pickup destination without telling our team, at Taxi4airport.

Fouling or vomiting

The passengers will have to pay a minimum amount of 15.00GBP based on the severity level of their vomiting or fouling.

Other liabilities of the passengers

As one of the passengers, you are responsible for informing us, while you are not able to find out the chauffeur at the venue. When you have not done it, we will charge you the full amount for the trip.
